1. Nature of Service

Speed Fix Service is an independent, third-party service provider.

• We are owned and operated by Muthuramalingam Rajamoorthy.

• We are not an authorized service center for any specific appliance brand or manufacturer.

• All repairs are carried out by our private technicians. Using our services for appliances currently under a manufacturer’s warranty may void that warranty.

2. Service Booking and Estimates

• By booking a service, you agree to provide an accurate address and contact details within our service areas (Madurai, Kanyakumari, Nagercoil, Tirupur, Coimbatore, or Virudhunagar).

• Any price estimate provided over the phone or email is preliminary. A final quote will be provided by the technician after a physical inspection of the appliance.

3. Payments

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the repair or service.

• We accept payments via Cash, UPI, or Bank Transfer.

• Diagnostic/Visiting fees are applicable even if you choose not to proceed with the repair after the technician has inspected the appliance.

4. Warranty on Repairs

• We provide a limited-time warranty on the specific parts replaced and the labor performed. The duration of this warranty varies by appliance and will be mentioned on your service invoice.

• This warranty does not cover issues arising from physical damage, power surges, water logging (unless repaired by us), or unauthorized tampering after our service.

5. Spare Parts

• As an independent center, we use high-quality, compatible spare parts.

• While we strive to source the best components, we do not claim these are “OEM” (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts unless explicitly stated and sourced as such.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Speed Fix Service and its owner, Muthuramalingam Rajamoorthy, shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

7. Cancellation Policy

• Customers may cancel an appointment up to 2 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.

• If a technician arrives at the doorstep and the service is cancelled, a basic visiting fee will be charged.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
